Kronos is Coming!
Starting on December 31, 2011, all Facilities timecard employees will begin using Kronos timekeeping devices to swipe in/out for work. The manual Amano time clocks will be disabled on that date.
Kronos timekeeping devices are located in these four (4) locations:
- Physical Plant Building #1: Main Floor by Transportation Break Room
- Physical Plant Building #2: Lower Level in Rear Stairwell
- Student Center: Lower Level at Freight Elevator
- Village at Little Falls: Abbott & Costello building in Entrance Lobby
Job aids in English, French and Spanish are being installed by all Kronos timekeeping devices as a reference, to aid employees in normal operating procedures.
All employees that will be using Kronos must have an updated Campus-ID card, and be trained on the Kronos biometric system. Facilities Supervisors must request Kronos training by calling the Facilities Service Desk (x5444) or by email at servicedesk@montclair.edu. Campus ID cards must be acquired through the ID-Card Office (x4147) located in the Student Center, lower level.
