ARCHIBUS Work Order System Problem

If you use the University’s ARCHIBUS Work Request system to place work requests for services from University Facilities, please be aware there is a problem accessing the ARCHIBUS application using Firefox.
The current version of ARCHIBUS is not compatible with the most current version of Firefox (Version 28). Anyone who has recently upgraded to Firefox Version 28 is now not able to access and thus submit a facilities service work request in the ARCHIBUS system.
We are working with ARCHIBUS to resolve this software issue.
In the interim, to submit a facilities service work request, please utilize Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer when accessing ARCHIBUS or contact the Facilities Service Desk at extension x5444 or servicedesk@montclair.edu.
