With a focus on children, youth and families in diverse communities, our 60-credit program prepares graduates to solve complex problems by forming relationships, assessing information, developing interventions in conjunction with clients and evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions. They are also prepared to advocate for justice with communities, agencies, and society. We are currently seeking CSWE accreditation for our online MSW program.
Students progress through the curriculum together, developing close relationships with peers and faculty. Synchronous and asynchronous learning, coupled with in-person supervised practicum experiences—which require 2-3 weekday commitments per week—position students to gain invaluable experiences at mental health clinics, hospitals, private clinical practices, substance abuse clinics, schools and more.
