Emma Aer

Emma Aer is an international business leader with a strong track record of successfully leading change and accelerating growth. She has 20 years of international experience in consumer businesses working at both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Her background combines food & beverage with consumer technology companies. Emma was formerly the CEO of Finlandia Cheese Inc. Prior to that Emma’s career included senior executive positions at the Coca-Cola Company, Nokia, and Valio Ltd, the parent corporation of Finlandia Cheese. Emma has lived and worked in six countries while holding P&L responsibility of business units, country units and multi-country regions. Emma earned Master’s Degrees from both the University of Gothenburg, Sweden (M.S. Finance and Industrial Economics) and also from the Aalto University, Finland (M.S. Economics and Business Administration). She is a native Finn.
