Debbie Dyson
Corporate Vice President, Client Experience & Continuous Improvement | ADP
Debbie Dyson leads ADP’s enterprise-wide client experience, business process innovation (BPI), global shoring, learning and performance, change communication and management; she provides governance, tools and best practices to help leverage innovation across ADP and create a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Debbie began her ADP career in 1988 as an account manager with National Account Services (NAS). She has since held roles of increasing responsibility in client relations, operational support and general management. Most recently, Debbie served as Division Vice President/General Manager of the Major Account Services (mid-market) South Service Center, which she led to accelerated revenue growth with above-plan performance while maintaining high levels of client retention and engagement.
Throughout her career, Debbie has been passionate about people engagement and development. She serves as an executive sponsor of several ADP business resource groups for associates, including Women in Leadership (WIL) and Cultivate, which focuses on African-American associates. Debbie has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women by Black Enterprise and DiversityInc. She was inducted into the Peninsula Sports Hall of Fame for recognition of her athletic achievements. Debbie volunteers with a variety of Breast Cancer awareness organizations and participates in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, in multiple cities each year.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
