Now operating from 12 US and 2 international locations, today’s 24 Seven is a strategic talent management partner to the most prominent companies and exciting new entrants in the Fashion, Retail, Beauty, Marketing, Advertising, Digital and Creative sectors globally. For her visionary leadership and the company’s continual success, Ms. Gudas and 24 Seven are repeatedly recognized by industry organizations and media. Most recent distinctions include being recognized by Glassdoor for International Women’s Day a Spotlight on Women CEOs and named the 8th Largest Women-Owned Company by Crain’s NY Business 2016.

Ms. Gudas is an active member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, both Platinum and Zenith Chapters. In addition, Ms. Gudas is a passionate advocate for expanding overall workplace diversity, and is a sought-after speaker and active member in organizations spearheading diversity initiatives, such as: Enterprising Women, The Committee of 200, Cosmetic Executive Women, Inc. (CEW), The Fashion Group International, Institute for Supply Management (ISM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Association of New York (HR/NY) and American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA). Ms. Gudas has also served on the New York City Workforce Investment Board.
A graduate of Smith College, Ms. Gudas is a native New Yorker, still residing in the city and actively participating in her community of Brooklyn Heights.
