New Article by Alumnus Ashim Dutta, PhD Candidate at the University of York

Ashim Dutta (MA English 2013), has just published an article titled “India in Yeats’s Early Imagination: Mohini Chatterjee and Kālidāsa” in International Yeats Studies. The article extends a study begun as part of his thesis work at Montclair State; the abstract is available here: https://tigerprints.clemson.edu/iys/vol2/iss2/3/. Ashim is in the final stages of his PhD at the University of York (UK), a major center for William Butler Yeats Studies, for which he was awarded a full tuition plus living stipend Overseas Scholarship for the full three years of his study towards a Ph.D. Ashim came to Montclair State from Bangladesh as a Fulbright graduate student in order to pursue his English M.A. with us. Congratulations, Ashim!
