Dr. Robert Taylor Appointed to Passaic County Committee
The Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders has appointed Dr. Robert Taylor to the Passaic County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic Committee (CEDSC).

The committee brings together public and private sectors for the development of an economic roadmap to diversify and strengthen regional economies. Dr. Taylor is the program advisor for the BS, MS, and PSM programs Sustainability Science programs in the Department of Earth and Environmental Studies. He specializes in creating urban place-based strategies for sustainable development. Dr. Taylor is interested in how our suite of Sustainability Science programs can assist the regional economy in weathering crises in flooding, natural resource loss, and other environmental events that pose a threat to private investment, and encourage entrepreneurial enterprises in energy conservation, brownfields redevelopment, environmental risk reduction, and other technology-driven activities.
