PhD Student Receives 2020 Kenneth S. Stoller Award by NJWEA
The New Jersey Water Environment Research designed this award for PhD students working in hazardous wastes in New Jersey.

Junkui Cui has been selected as a 2020 co-recipient of the prestigious Kenneth S. Stoller Award by the New Jersey Water Environment Research (NJWEA). The award includes a NJWEA certificate and a check of $1,500. The Kenneth S. Stoller Award is set for graduate students with research focused on hazardous wastes. Junkui is selected based on his outstanding academic performance, merit, scholastic ability, and demonstrated research interest in PFAS, an emerging family of persistent organic pollutants in the Environment. Of note, this is the fourth award that Junkui has earned at Montclair over the past three years. The previous three include:
- The 2020 Elmeryl Davies Memorial Scholarship ($3,000) from New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA)
- The Tracey G. Liberi Drinking Water Careers Memorial Scholarship ($5,000) from New Jersey American Water Works Association (AWWA)
- The Student Research Grant ($5,000) from New Jersey Water Resources Research Institute (NJWRRI).
