This group is about empowering survivors of trauma to heal through the practice of yoga and other guided activities. The practice of trauma-sensitive yoga can help survivors establish safety in a way that feels authentic and manageable. We will explore the deeper meaning behind strength and pain, and allow survivors to build community in a safe, supported, and peaceful environment. No yoga experience needed. All bodies welcome.
Group Meets:
- On Tuesdays from 3:00pm – 5:00pm in the Student Center, room 417, start date TBD
