Congratulations to Professor Fran Prezant, who was nominated for the Muslim Student Union 2nd Annual Professor Appreciation Dinner on April 21, 2016.

Rehnuma Rashid, a student in the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Minor program commented, “The main purpose of the Muslim Students Association (MSA) is to introduce the Muslim cultural heritage and Islamic beliefs to the body of Montclair State University and also act as a bridge between the campus and the Muslim community. The Professor Appreciation Dinner is an annual event hosted by the MSA, where members invite Montclair State University professors who they feel have had the most positive impact on their lives and their experiences at Montclair State. The purpose of the dinner is to dedicate an evening to recognizing and appreciating the hard work put forth by our professors and to uphold the Islamic teachings that direct Muslims to honor and respect their teachers and mentors.”

Professor Fran Prezant is the undergraduate Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology minor advisor.  She can be reached at prezantf@montclair.edu.
