Dr. Boyle presented an oral session titled, “Identifying key ingredients of public anti-stigma programs for stuttering: A qualitative content analysis,” in addition to a poster titled, “Comparing direct and indirect measures of public stigma associated with stuttering.” The research findings came from recent studies conducted by Boyle and his students at Montclair State University that aimed to identify critical aspects of public education and outreach programs for improving societal attitudes about stuttering.
