Doctoral Students Receive Travel Awards
Posted in: Communication Sciences Disorders
We are proud to announce that two of our audiology doctoral students, Ashley Helthall and Melanie Panglinian, have received Audiology Research Travel Awards (ARTA) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). The ARTA is designed for students interested in expanding their knowledge in audiology and/or hearing science by attending the ASHA Convention. Each awardee receives a $500 stipend and complimentary registration to the convention. At the ASHA Convention these students will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research in the field as well as meet and make connections with peers and with leaders in the field.
