Bona Sforza: Faith, Freedom and Feminism

Bona Sforza brought more than “food and fashion” to Poland when she married Sigismund and became his queen in 1518. She also brought fresh ideas and policies along with her, making Poland one of the most intellectually, religiously, and culturally progressive nations in Europe.
