Announcing the 2021 Italian Language & Culture Competition

Given the restrictions of COVID-19, this year’s student competition has been reconceptualized to reflect a different format.

STUDENTI: Please click here to view the description of the contest, the requirements, and the monetary prizes for each award. Students will have the chance to EITHER record individually OR record in a group (with social distancing & masks).

First place: Students at both the middle school and high school level will receive a certificate and $400 for first place prizes

Second place: Students at both the middle school and high school level will receive a certificate and $250 for second place prizes

Third place: Students at both the middle school and high school level will receive a certificate and $150 for third place prizes

NEW THIS YEAR: $100 will be donated to the Italian programs of all first place winners and $50 will be donated to the Italian programs of all second and third place winners

DEADLINE: March 16, 2021. Please email your video submission to ILCCOMMITTEE@gmail.com. Winners will be announced shortly after the judges review all submissions. Have fun and be safe!
