Tragic Loss of CHSS Alumna

Jessica Munoz, a Montclair State University alumna, died this weekend at the age of 30 in a tragic car accident. Jessica was a cheerful, enthusiastic, and dedicated student in the Sociology Department. She earned high grades as a student and had become a member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honors Society. She was also a reliable volunteer for research efforts on bullying in schools. She graduated in 2015 and had recently become a teacher at the Grace Wilday School in Roselle. She was also planning to get married very soon.
