Jessica S. Henry Quoted in The Wall Street Journal

Jessica S. Henry, associate professor of the department of Justice Studies, was quoted in a recent article by Joseph De Avila and Jon Kamp of The Wall Street Journal. In the article, “States Move to Strengthen Laws in Response to Rise in Hate Crimes,” Henry discussed the deterrent effect of hate crime laws.
