Shawn Hill

Shawn Hill is Fordham University’s Instructional Technologist for Digital Scholarship. In this role, Shawn works with faculty across Fordham’s many schools and departments to encourage the use of innovative digital technology both in the classroom and in faculty research. His background in visual culture (B.F.A., York University), education (B.Ed., York University), English (T.E.F.L., International House), and Liberal Studies (M.A., Wesleyan University) led him to live and teach in 7 countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Shawn is passionate about his position at Fordham – introducing and supporting new pedagogical tools – so faculty can focus on promoting student engagement, critical thinking, and creativity.
