The Center for Academic Success & Tutoring offers designated Study Hall hours to students who are looking for a quiet place to work independently and focus on academics. Join us in Sprague Library 044 Monday to Thursday 11-6pm in between your classes.
A student who wishes to attend Study Hall and receive credit for attending is asked to:
- Check IN and OUT with a maximum visit of 2 hours at once. After a half hour break, students are welcome to rejoin for a maximum of 4 hours in one day.
- Students who leave without formally checking out will receive a maximum of 30 minutes for their meeting.
Students can view the study hall schedule by following the tutoring appointment process in Navigate, selecting Drop In and selecting Study Hall. Please be aware that zoom sessions are capped at 15 students at a time for online support. Students using the virtual study hall are expected to turn on their camera and microphone for their session (you will be alone in the breakout room) but staff may need to check in.
Limited Study Hall Support will be available over campus breaks.

Study hall becomes a popular resource around midterms and finals. While CAST may try to extend its offerings please be patient with our staff as they try to let multiple students in at once or share the space is full. You are welcome to stay in the waiting room or return in 15 minutes to check again.
