Dr. Eric Weiner in Chronicle of Higher Education

The Chronicle of Higher Education recently published a letter written by Dr. Eric Weiner, Associate Professor in the Educational Foundations Department, in defense of Dr. Bright Sheng, a professor at the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theater and Dance. Dr. Sheng was removed from his teaching responsibilities after his students complained about him showing the 1965 film version of Othello.
