Walk with CEHS!

The CEHS Advisory Board hosts a weekly walk every Wednesday at 12:00 pm. The group meets outside of University Hall at the entrance nearest to the coffee kiosk.
There are many benefits to walking, including improving muscle endurance, increasing energy levels, maintaining a healthy weight, improving cardiovascular fitness, and more.
Be sure to join the CEHS walkers on Wednesdays to walk around campus and get steps in! The group will continue to walk while the weather is nice.
