Fourth Annual New Jersey Convening on Diversifying the Teacher Workforce

These events are intended to address the serious need to increase the diversity of the New Jersey teaching population. This year’s theme is “Diversifying the Teacher Workforce in a Polarized Political Climate: Exploring What Works and Why.”  Dr. Bree Picower will serve as the keynote speaker for the series, and Dr. Tanya Maloney will partner with Dr. Picower in facilitating a session with state and university leaders about the role of teacher education in diversifying the workforce.
