COVID-19 has impacted everyone in many different ways. We would like to better understand your experiences, perceptions, and decision-making as it relates to this pandemic. This survey will ask questions about where you access information about COVID as well as about your opinions on vaccination and other measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on campus and beyond.
Participant Eligibility:
- Must be an employee and or registered undergraduate or graduate student in Spring 2022
- Must be 18 years or older
The study consists of one 15-20 minute online survey.
The information you provide will help the university develop services and programs that can best meet campus needs and assure your safety.
