Dr. Charles Feldman in Total Food Service

Dr. Charles Feldman, Professor in the Nutrition and Food Studies Department, was interviewed in an article entitled, “The Future of Food Studies Education” for Total Food Service. A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Feldman “has been teaching and inspiring the next generation of students through course offerings that traverse the entire foodscape: Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science, and Food Systems.” His interview with Total Food Service covered the future of Food Studies education and the interaction of Industry and Academia.
