Dr. Charles Feldman Comments on Outdoor Dining during the Second Wave of the Coronavirus Pandemic

Dr. Charles Feldman, Professor in the Nutrition and Food Studies Department, commented on outdoor dining in New Jersey during the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic to NJ.com

He noted, “Restaurant personnel have become order-taking, delivery and packaging specialists. Ghost kitchens (operations for delivery only) are now able to keep off-site dining costs down.”
