Dr. Lauren Dinour Presented Two Posters at 2020 Virtual Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo

Dr. Lauren Dinour, Associate Professor in the Nutrition and Food Studies Department, presented two posters at the annual Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo (October 17-20, 2020), the professional conference of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The conference was virtual this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

• Milk on the Move: Evaluation of a Campus-based Breastfeeding Support Campaign 
  This poster is by Dr. Dinour and Dr. Yeon Bai, and describes and evaluates the MOM breastfeeding campaign that we implemented at Montclair State University in 2018.
• The Role of a Community Nutrition Service Learning Course on Dietetic Students’ Public Service Motivation
  This poster is by Dr. Dinour and Jennifer Kuscin, an MS student in the Nutrition and Food Studies department (and Dr. Dinour’s Graduate Assistant), to analyze whether and how a service learning course in community nutrition affects public service motivation among students.
