Welcome Gregory Costanzo

The new Director of Career Services for the College of the Arts

Gregory Costanzo

Gregory joined Montclair State University as the Director of Career Services for the College of the Arts (CART) in October 2016 after a successful career as Assistant Director of Business Career Services: Career Education at Loyola University Chicago. At Montclair State, he develops, implements, markets and evaluates a college-wide career services program designed for CART students and alumni. Gregory’s holistic approach to delivering career management and development strategies focuses on helping students and alumni increase self-awareness and promote intentional job and internship search strategies.

As a former adjunct for Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business, Gregory has taught academic internship courses which has reinforced his belief in the value of experiential learning. Along with this understanding, he has experience in redesigning curriculum, developing mentorship programs, and managing career outcomes.

Gregory has served as a Quinlan Career Advisor as well as an Academic Advisor for Loyola University Chicago’s College of Arts & Sciences, and is a former Senior Operations Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Gregory holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University in Finance and College Student Affairs, respectively.
