The Part-Time Job Fair, held on Thursday, September 8th, from noon to 3:00 p.m. in the Student Center Ballrooms, is your opportunity to network with employers who are hiring part-time help.

Who Will Be There

What You Need to Know

This Part-Time Student Job Fair is open to students from all majors. Students must bring their University IDs. All attendees are encouraged to bring plenty of copies of their resume. The dress code is business casual attire.

We recommend that students pre-register for the Part-Time Student Job Fair to guarantee entrance and receive an email reminder prior to the event. Please note, pre-registration is only available to current Montclair State students. If you are an alumna/us, please be sure to check in at the event.

On-Campus Employment

Federal Work Study (FWS): If you are a recipient of financial aid, you may be eligible to receive FWS funds. Review your award letter or contact Financial Aid to see if FWS is listed among your loans. If FWS funds are listed, you can apply for FWS jobs.

Student Assistants: All current students can apply for a Student Assistant positions. Note, students must maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher while working on campus.

Employers and On-Campus Supervisors Interested in Attending

This job fair gives both on-campus and off-campus employers an opportunity to meet students interested in part-time employment.
