Welcome to Friends Day 2023! Children with disabilities(ages 5-21) are invited to explore Montclair State University’s Student Recreation Center on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Please use the google form link below to sign your child up for one of the two sessions: 10am-12pm or 2-4pm. Each session is free of charge.
RecBoard, a student-led organization sponsored by the Department of Campus Recreation, is hosting the event and has planned a fun-filled day of activities for your child, such as games, arts & crafts, swimming, basketball, etc. Each child will be paired with two college “buddies” to accompany him/her throughout his/her session.
All participants MUST be fully toilet trained (no diapers). Parents and/or guardians may not stay during the event, except in particular extenuating circumstances.
Here’s a glimpse of all the fun from Friends Day.
