Eileen Yin Fei Lo, educator, chef and author of eleven cookbooks on Chinese cuisine, including Mastering the Art of Chinese Cooking, will discuss the history of Chinese cuisine and direct the Montclair State University Food Management students as they prepare Chinese dishes with Ms. Yin Fei Lo in the Montclair State University state-of-the-art kitchen.
