Employee Health & Safety Fair
Be Healthy. Be Safe!
Looking for some fun health and wellness tips? Maybe need a massage, or a free, light snack (Free!!!)? Then we hope you'll come to our first ever on-campus Health and Safety Awareness Fair, Wednesday, May 10, 10 a.m. 2 p.m., Student Center, Ballrooms!
Professional staff and experts from both Atlantic Health and Montclair State University will be on-site to meet with you about improving safety and staying healthy. Come get valuable information on your overall physical and mental well-being and at the same time have fun!
So Much to Offer You!
Attendees will be offered health information on important topics such as:
- Cardiovascular Screening: Get your Blood Pressure and Cholesterol screening.
- Massage: 10 minutes of bliss!
Please Note: For the Cardiovascular Screen and Massage we recommend you schedule in advance at: ohd@montclair.edu. We'll also take walk-ins, but you might have to wait!
And we'll also be offering information about:
- Posture Assessment
- Nutrition
- Sun Damage
- Sleep Assessment
- Smoking Cessation
