Mentoring the Future: Introducing the Peer Connect Program

The newly launched Peer Connect Program at the Business School connects new students with experienced mentors to foster academic and personal growth. Business student mentors guide mentees through navigating their studies, balancing academics, and exploring career opportunities. The program promotes lasting relationships through one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and leadership events, preparing students for success.

Managed by the Ellyn A. McColgan Student Services Center, mentors are recruited, trained, and supported by professional academic advisors. Mentors participate in team meetings, attend recruitment events, and hold office hours.
