The Feliciano School of Business hosted a dynamic panel discussion and networking event focused on career paths in project management. The event, held for current and prospective students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the Feliciano School of Business, provided attendees with an opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals and engage with industry leaders.
The event featured a distinguished panel of project management experts who shared their career journeys and insights into the application of project management across various industries. The panelists included: Supreet Bains-Sharma, the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at the Guttmacher Institute and an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University, is a versatile leader specializing in the intersection of projects, processes, and people. She brings extensive international project management expertise, working with geographically dispersed teams to deliver strategic execution. Mark Barash, Global Portfolio Lead for IT Supply Chain and Global Business Services at Mondelez International, has spearheaded numerous IT projects and programs. He currently oversees the global IT portfolio for Supply Chain and Business Services at Mondelez International and serves as the President of the PMI New Jersey Chapter. Kirk T. Dackow, Vice President of Client Delivery and Operations at CMK Select, LLC, manages the development of project management products and services as well as the end-to-end delivery of consulting activities. CMK Select specializes in providing program and project management services tailored to the Life Sciences industry. Joseph Llano, a Service Delivery Executive and Independent Consultant, has over 20 years of experience in the IT services and solution provider industry. He has driven organizational growth through strategic project management and customer-focused innovation, transforming solution provider operations and newly acquired businesses into market leaders renowned for delivering exceptional customer value. Florence Lam, Project Manager at the American Kidney Fund, brings her expertise to managing impactful initiatives in the nonprofit healthcare sector.
