Experiential Learning and Collaboration Through Accelerated MBA Mentorship Program

Ben Cikanek, a mentor in the Feliciano School of Business Accelerated MBA mentorship program and Managing Director of Firework Labs, extended an invitation to MBA student Jasmine Floran to participate in a conference with his team, dedicated to training HR leaders.

The event convened 100 members of a burgeoning HR team, emphasizing the launch and establishment of alignment within the new group. The agenda was designed to be experiential, collaborative, and underscored cross-functional understanding and awareness, along with a focus on individual career development.
