Special Events at Montclair State University Inspire the Study of Black Heritage
Exhibits, films and dance are planned for Black History Month on the Montclair, Bloomfield campuses throughout February

Montclair State University’s celebration of Black Heritage Month began with a procession across campus and a ceremony that included the ritual of pouring water to honor the ancestors of African descent and singing the Black national anthem, “Life Every Voice and Sing.”
