Art and Design: Department Student Juried Exhibition

The Department of Art & Design at Montclair State University is excited to announce the opening for the Department Student Juried Exhibition. The exhibition of students’ work will be displayed in the Finley Gallery from August 28th through September 21st. The opening reception will be on Tuesday, September 12th from 3pm-5pm. This opening presents an excellent chance to connect with fellow art students and engage in meaningful conversation about their work.

The exhibition represents a culmination of last semester’s work from lower level classes and upper level classes. This exhibit will include drawings, illustrations, printmaking prints, video, photographs, sculpture, and more. The artists come from diverse backgrounds and use a variety of media to explore a wide range of themes to produce compelling works that communicate their ideas. This exhibition highlights the true extent of talent within the Department of Art & Design. You won’t want to miss seeing this show!
