Prof. Julie Heffernan Heralded as Best of 2015 by Art Ltd. Magazine

Department of Art and Design Professor Julie Heffernan’s show at Mark Moore Gallery last year has been named one of the top ten shows of 2015 by art critic Shana Nys Dambrot, in Art Ltd. Magazine.  

The show Pre-Occupations, exhibited from May through June 2015, was a series of self portraits which was acclaimed by Art Ltd. as “Luscious, alarming self-portraits and symbolist landscapes; trees in captivity, humans in the wild, climate change in art history. ”
