Apply to be the College of the Arts Commencement Speaker

Montclair State University will host a Commencement Ceremony on May 23rd to celebrate our graduating College of the Arts students. We are accepting applications for the College of the Arts student Commencement speaker. The student speaker will have the honor of representing the entire College of the Arts student body and the unique opportunity to speak in front of the alumni, faculty, and attendees.

To apply, you must be a College of the Arts student, have completed your academic degree requirement in August 2022 or January 2023, or will complete your degree requirements by May 2023.

You will need to submit a 1-2 minute video explaining why you should be a commencement speaker and why you are the best student to represent the College of the Arts.
