The Butterfly Effect - Thesis Exhibition

The Department of Art & Design is proud to present the much-anticipated The Butterfly Effect Exhibition. This exhibition will be on view at Finley Gallery from December 12th to December 18, 2024, with a closing reception on Wednesday, December 18th from 6 to 8pm. This will be the final exhibition for the Fall semester.

Celebrate the end of the semester with this impressive showcase from our rising Visual Arts graduates! This exhibition highlights the culmination of their interdisciplinary research, marking the launch of their creative paths. Each student presents a cohesive body of artwork in the Finley Galleries, our final exhibition of the Fall 2024 semester.

The Butterfly Effect features diverse range of media and approaches, including sculptures, paintings, drawings, photography, installations, and video. Explore the perspectives brought to life in these fresh and compelling capstone projects.

All are welcome to join us for the closing reception! The event will feature an opportunity to meet with the artists behind the exhibition and discuss their latest art works. Snacks and beverages will be provided. This will be a wonderful way to wrap up the Fall 2024 semester!
