This year’s cohort marks the largest addition to the Council’s roster of Fellows in over three decades. The Fellowships, competitive grants awarded in 12 rotating disciplines based on peer assessment, prioritize artistic excellence and support artists in creating new works and advancing their careers. Applications from New Jersey artists spanned various categories including digital/electronic, film/video, interdisciplinary, painting, printmaking/drawing/book arts, and prose, in partnership with Mid Atlantic Arts.
