Tamara Ivey is currently the Manager of Marketing & Customer Acquisition for Ashley Stewart, Inc. She is one of the masterminds behind event marketing initiatives, models, influential relationships and the in house influencer and host of AshleyTV, #FindingAshleyStewart tour and occasionally using her beauty expertise and experience for Ashley Stewart fashion shows and campaign shoots.

About the Breakout Groups
Goal: Facilitators will present for approximately 10 minutes with the rest of the time, approximately 30 minutes, spent on participants discussing challenges, how to overcome any obstacles, and implement reasonable action plans.
Breakout #1: The Power of Networking
- Networking can seem like it is a numbers game to get to know as many individuals as you can with the goal of getting something, but really it is a way to engage authentically, connect, and gather information. The numbers don’t matter – a meaningful conversation does matter. Learn how to bring your whole self and network like a pro. Facilitator: Surprise!

Breakout #2 – Plotting Your Career Path
- Develop a compelling story and take action steps towards making your next career move or building your next marketable skill.
