The first part, held this past November, included an all-female panel of Montclair State leaders who discussed the challenges they have personally faced in their career paths and also what they see as the current professional climate for women.

On Friday, April 6, ACE Women’s Network asks an all-male panel to discuss their perspective of professional challenges in career advancement for women. What role do they see male colleagues and managers have in supporting women’s career advancement?
