The ACE Women’s Network at Montclair State University, affiliated with the American Council on Education, is a New Jersey statewide organization committed to fostering skill development, networking and career advancement opportunities.
The ACE Women’s Network facilitates networking between individuals interested in pursuing leadership opportunities in higher education. With your participation and engagement, we will create a vibrant, fun and inclusive group. All welcome to join!
Our Mission
- To foster career advancement connections and learning opportunities among employees engaged in teaching, administration or support functions.
- To develop strategies for career success, foster mentor relationships and grow networks.
- To encourage active engagement and knowledge sharing used to impact our work professionally, personally and beyond.
This spring we have an awesome event planned to help individuals grow, think and learn. We also welcome new ideas for other events
