Undergraduate Programs
BS in Physics
A minimum of 120 semester hours of coursework is required for the baccalaureate degree with a minimum 2.0 overall GPA, and a minimum 2.0 major GPA. However, more than 120 semester hours may be required depending upon the major field of study.

Students who wish to pursue P-12 teacher certification in Physics must apply to and be admitted to the Teacher Education Program.

Minor in Physics
The minor in Physics is an eighteen-credit program that combines coursework in Physics, Nuclear Physics, Astrophysics, and more.
Graduate Programs
Physical Science, Instructional Certification: Teacher Certification in Physical Science (Preschool-Grade 12)
Students with a baccalaureate degree and interest in teaching may pursue the Post-baccalaureate program for certification. Additional undergraduate coursework in the content area the candidate chooses to teach may be required to meet certification standards.
