DR.OLSON received her Sc.D. in Audiology from Montclair State University in 2012. She is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Communication and Science Disorders. She has been an adjunct professor for MSU since 2013. Dr. Olson has been a Part Time Lecturer for Rutgers University since 2017. Dr. Olson also works clinically at her private audiology practice in Bergen County, NJ. She is Vice President of Communications for the NJ Academy of Audiology and Board Trustee for the NJ Hearing Loss Association of America. She is deeply committed to helping individuals understand their hearing loss and improving their hearing abilities. Her graduate studies included externships at major NJ and NY hospitals as well as a school for children with hearing loss. Her research dissertation involved Electrophysiological Measurement of the Auditory Pathways in Young and Middle-aged Adults with Normal Hearing. Dr. Olson has an Advanced Studies in Tinnitus, Hyperacusis and Misophonia Certificate from Salus University and a Certificate in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.
