David Finch is President and CEO of David Finch & Company a full service Human Resources Consulting Firm located in New York City. David was a senior human resources executive at L’OREAL Americans for 25 years. He held a variety of human resources, diversity, corporate training and organizational development leadership positions. David has also held key leadership positions in human resources with Bristol-Myers Squibb, the Hartford Financial Services Group, and ITT Corporation.

He has consulted to leading companies in many industries – including consumer products, financial services, and telecom. He has also consulted to government, and non-profit organizations. He has held adjunct teaching positions at Montclair State University Feliciano School of Business, Temple University Fox School of Business; St. John’s University Tobin Graduate School of Management; The College of St. Elizabeth, The New School, and Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations EEO Studies Program in New York City. David Finch is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is also a member of the American Psychological Association, The Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychologist, the Institute of Management Consultants, ATD (The Association for Talent Development), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and The Academy of Management. David is also a Certified 360 Executive Coach, and is affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC.
