As the Assistant Director of Student Success in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where students can thrive academically and professionally. My role involves overseeing and supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing student success and career development.

Current responsibilities include:
o Advise a caseload of more than 200 undergraduate students, with a particular focus on supporting transfer students in their academic and career development.

o Manage the logistics and curriculum for the Career Development course (CHSC 299).
