Milagros Benitez is an experienced bilingual program evaluator and project manager who has worked with a wide spectrum of clients in government, school districts, and the nonprofit sector. She has conducted evaluations of initiatives serving diverse populations in the areas of youth development, education, violence prevention, after-school programming, adult learning, health promotion, girl-centered education, family strengthening, and teen pregnancy prevention. Ms. Benitez has also worked extensively with nonprofit organizations in evaluation capacity development. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Wayne State University.
