Jaime V. Paris has been an adjunct professor in the Department of Spanish and Latino Studies since 2013. He has over 19 years of experience as a Spanish language and culture educator. He brings experience in applying a wide variety of instructional design methodologies and learner-centered pedagogical approaches to face to face and online environments. His research interests include diaspora and migration studies as well as contemporary Spanish and Galician literature. He is currently researching a doctoral thesis on post-millennial return migration in Galician-American literature and film. Jaime earned a B.A. in English from Rutgers, an M.A in Spanish Literature from Montclair State and is currently an ABD, PhD Candidate in Spanish literature at Rutgers.
