The Assessment Practices Series offers workshops, presentations, and discussions on shared best practices within the university community. These monthly events share a variety of approaches to assess student learning. How do we know if students are achieving our courses’ learning goals? What assessment practices and technologies are most effective to support student learning?

In our final Assessment Practices Series event of the semester, Polling for Feedback and Active Learning, we took an interactive look at some of the popular (and free!) polling tools available for instructors, such as Kahoot and PollEverywhere.
